888-202-9238

call came in on cell... no caller id, but said it was IMPERATIVE that I call 888 202 9238.  But since it was a robo call, i have no idea what the issue is.  Was tagged as possible scam by AT&T

Says they are calling from an attorney who is trying to serve me papers concerning one of my credit cards. Currently filing bankruptcy and will not take my attorney’s number. Going on for two weeks and have yet to have papers served. Talked to credit card company, which transferred card to a different bank, then to a collection company. The collection company knows that I have filed for bankruptcy and have not issued anything against me. Call comes in from a totally different number - 850-512-1622; this is a no longer working number.

Received a call this morning telling me I should call this number. As with caller above said it was IMPERATIVE I call them. Seems fishy, likely a scam.

Received 2 calls from a local 650 number. Same robocall message, included my full name, imperative I call this 888 number. I am not past due on bills, so assuming it is a scam.

called from a local number first, tried to call back but it was not a working number. Called this number as they stated in the message and lady said they were trying to serve me court papers for a wal mart credit card. Told her I’ve never had one so she cussed at me and said If I don’t show up at court I’ll just lose and hung up on me.... seems scammy!

They must be making the rounds. I received a call from this number say pretty much the same thing, trying to serve papers and imperative I call. It is a scam.

Received call saying it was imperative also. Since I have no bad debt, this is definitely a scam.

Did not state what company or name of caller male voice. Said they have been trying to send me documents and need a current address or legal action will be taken. Gave this number as a call back number. Called from 507-208-7176.

Called from a local area code. Recording about serving papers to avoid further legal action. I have no bad debt. Definitely a scam.

got the same call saying it was imperative that I call them back and to call 888-202-9238, when I called and asked who is this and why are you calling me, she just hung up the phone. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM [***]!!!!

Recorded voice saying previous attempts to deliver court papers have failed. No name or info.

same thing, forceful voice, scary man voice....you must call, no company name, no persons name NO Call backs!

Called several members of my family giving my former name. One tried to call back to ascertain the nature of the business and got nowhere. Not a legitimate business.

Keep calling me. Won't leave me alone. Thanks for your posts guys.
