Multiple calls, same message and trying to get old addresses from a previous state

I keep getting a call from a Brian Matthew telling me that he has some documents to drop off to my home as if he is coming to serve me, which is odd for someone to call. He called from a local number 803-602-3975 and provided an 888 number to call back. He seemed pretty persistent by calling me 3 times in one day within a short few hours. I called the 888-202-9542 number back and some guy answered the phone as if he was at home. And then I waited to see if he would say a business of some sort and he said that the call would be disconnected due to no response as I repeated Hello Hello. He acted like he didn't hear me and I know there was nothing wrong with the connection. I knew then that there was something unsettling about the call. That's when I googled the number to do a call reverse and discovered that I was not the only person attempting to get scammed or whatever by this guy giving this false information and false name. Please be aware and ignore this call or let them know they are being reported.

These people threatened me and then said I was a con artist and that they would take 75% of my paycheck

They'd have to take you to court and get a judge to authorize garnishment. And even if they do get that authorization, they certainly won't be taking 75%.
