Fake caller pretending to be a process server lol lol. Don’t fall for this and DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!

Left message saying someone put me as a reference, something do to with allegations against individual (with same last name as me) is involved in.  Appears to be a collection agency.  Did not call back.

Call back does, in fact, get Joseph and Williams a collection agency.  Surprisingly, the gentleman was actually quite civil and forthcoming.  If you are going to "deal" with them, use the published number on the website and initiate the call yourself.  Any number, even a legitimate one, can be spoofed.  You may also want to review the advice of the CFPB on what to do when debt collectors call including if they are calling the wrong person.

In addition, you may want to take a look at this as there appears to be a class action lawsuit filed against this company.
