888-203-7906

"Computer Alert" message received while using EDGE. Red pop-up box, with sound, that disabled normal windows controls (such as closing the infected window). Suspect this is a JAVA script attack. Using the TASK MANAGER, which showed 8 reiterations of EDGE active (don't know why so many), aborted EDGE. System returned to normal. I have not yet bothered to reboot, but will do so shortly to be safe.

In the past 2 months, I have received this attack 3 times from 888-871-1749, 888-416-4420, and now 888-302-7906. Why can't someone trace these numbers to their criminal source and stop this?

Dyslectic me, the third number should read 888-203-7906. Sorry.

This is a scam! Do not call this number!

I called 8882037906... bec msg keeps coming up in Microsoft edge.. They want 600$ for network firewall. I didn’t know it was a scam until I googled the number.   I think it is best to use chrome or Mozilla instead of Microsoft edge.   I switched over.
