Who is behind this scam?  Searching for National Center for Debt Relief does not turn up any organization operating legitimately with any such name through Google's search engine.

The guy said that I had a medical bill, and asked me to pay it, but, I told him, I filed bankrupt and do not call back.  He siad he will still call, I do not believe him at all, and think he was fishing. I called back and it just put me on hold "no answer"

Left a voice mail at my work number, saying I was in debt and needed relief.
Hardly the case. I might turn this number over to our legal department for further research.

Debt relief--companies or entities like this are simply scum. This is not, as far as I can tell, a collection agency...simply bottom feeding to collect your money. Hey, they called me numerous times, never left me a voice mail...I just now answered the call to determine what the scam was.
