Received call asking if I received a judgement notification then transferred me to someone who claimed there were processing a judgement on behalf of CitiBank.
Completely bogus.

That is a real company just FYI

...has been issued.  The person who contacted  "George" made an illegal threat regarding judgement.  "George" is correct - a BOGUS call.

Prove it is a real debt collection company and I don't mean the property management company in Charlotte, North Carolina either.

Thanks for bringing these crooks to out attention.  I bet you will be looking for a new job shortly.  I'll have to figure out which one it is.  There is one in Texas, one in California that has received the coveted "F" rating from the BBB

It is probably them but one of the soundbites that you put up said that they are representing Duval County which is in Texas.  The complaints at the BBB for the California one fit the complaints in these two threads.
