Appears to be fake tax debt scam.  From a different number, left the following message from a robotic female voice:

"past due tax debt older than one year has been placed in a non-collectible status, meaning you will not have to pay back any past due taxes. Before you file or make arrangements to pay any tax debt older than one year, give us a call to discuss your options. Call telephone number 888-211-6075 or reach me on my direct line at extension 3 by calling the number back showing on your caller ID. Thanks. "

phishing phone message about tax debt. Clearly a scam. This was the call back number. The call originated from 659-261-3405

Received a call from this number with no mention of any name but a generic vm:
