Man call from a local number stating he is a courier and needs to deliver legal documents unless I call the 888-212-0920 he will put a hold on delivery.

Same here called and  keep calling I don't know what to think

Scammer!! He called my mom and told her he was going to take her to court for a bank account she never even had. He then continued to threaten her. He somehow had her card number?? He tried to get her to "settle" with him for 2,000 and needed her to sign a document through her email. Luckily, she called me and I told her to tell him to go a head and take her to court and not open the email. He berated her for the better part of a half hour until she was panicked. Finally I got her to hang up on him. There's no internet presence for this company. The phone number is new. So, then I called the guy back on this number and he answered "corporate office". I said of what company and he said he didn't have to tell me without a case number. I said what's your name? He said he didn't have to tell me. I said, you can at least tell me your company name? He said National Alliance Services. I asked for his website. He said they don't have one. I told him I couldn't find his company on the internet and he said they aren't on the internet. I asked for his business address to mail him a letter. He said they DON'T HAVE ONE. I said, you don't have an address for getting mail? And he said, I do but I don't have to give it to you. I asked his name again. He said Micheal Adams. I said, what does your company do? He said they "file cases for civil court for different entities" I asked which entities. He said none of my business.I asked if he was a lawyer. He told me he doesn't have to answer any more questions and hung up on me. Total SCAM. Do not give him any money. Do not answer any email from them.
