I get repeated calls from this number about them wanting to serve me papers....FYI...dumbasses, the court system does not call you when they wanna serve paper they just show up....SCAM



I think this is all a huge scam like all the other ones

I got a call from them saying that I got a payday loan and that I was going to be take to court and that they needed me to set up a payment arrangement but they wanted my credit card info....i gave them my info thinking it was real....what do I do?

Some guy named Leroy Jones called me

I am getting phonecalls from this number too. The guy is saying his name is Leroy Jones too. He said my husband took out a payday loan in 2008. He also asked for my credit card info. I too gave it to him thinking this was real. Today, when he tried to take out the money the bank stopped him and froze my account because it came up as suspicious activity. He is also talking about taking my husband to court. But the bank says this is a scam. Do not give your info or money to him. If he has your account numbers; change it. That was the advise from the bank. The bank also said if this was "real" we would have got papers in the mail. I did not. So this is obviously a scam!!!!!!!!!

My 98-year old mother received a phone call from this 'Leroy Jones' today with the same scam:  going to serve papers on a payday loan supposedly taken out by my mother in 2009. It's a scam and I have filed a police report concerning this incident. August 2012.
