I got a call from a guy looking to collect from my daughter .  I got my daughter to call back in to 888-212-4939 and spoke with "Larry Gray" about an overdraft on a US Bank  account which debt was paid in full in 2011.  This is not a real debt collector and he violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in several ways, including faking that a lawsuit had been filed.  After he refused to acknowledge that the debt was in dispute and refused to verify it within 30 days, I picked up the other phone. He said he worked for gave me the "law firm" of the Langston Bradshaw and Associates 3281 E. Guasti Road, Ontario CA 91761. This is apparently a large office building with small suites for rent. Their Website was plain "go daddy" four pages of no information not the typical law firm.  I called the number on the Website 888-960-9807. and I got the same lady who answered  the other number, this time answering as "Vista Towers"  I gave her the case number given to my daughter and she had my daughter's name.  I asked if it was a real law firm and she said yes, so I asked to speak to a lawyer.  She said no, only my daughter could talk to anyone.  I asked her if she was a fraud and she said I was making assumptions and hung up on me.

Called to collect from my brother. Didn’t give a company name but said her name was Salina Gomez

This lady called me asking for me to be at a specified location in order to receive a legal notice which was sealed. She said that she could place a hold on the delivery for 2 hours so that I could inquire about the notice and gave me this number to call(888) 212-4939 which is definitely a scam. I do not have any legal proceedings at all. The number showed up as unknown from the lady who called.

This is a scam, do no call back,  do not pass go, do not collect $200.  Avoid!

Got 2 calls for my brother. The lady said her name was Karina Gomez. Both times they came across as unknown.

i have been receiving many calls from this guy. today he called on a different number 909-203-1698. goes by DONN SMITEZ  and says he is with Donahue and Langston.. at this point i know its a scam and im enjoying stringing this guy along. although he is very convincing it is a scam...

Hi this is an urgent message intended for _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ my name is Stacy Green I'm contacting you to discuss a matter that has been forwarded to my office for the consideration the legal action including the filing of _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ complaint with the court to discuss these findings actions that maybe filed against you you will need to immediately contact the front directly handling your file our number is 888-212-4939 please reference your file number_____this is a time sensitive matter for you if they do not receive a response and maybe for us to proceed without your participation thank you…”

Keep getting calls from an UNKNOWN number saying to call back 888-212-4939 regarding a lawsuit.Lady said her name was Cindy Johnson and to call back immediately.

I got the same exact message. Curious if you called back? I believe it is a scam but she sounded so serious..

Getting the same calls as everybody else here but the lady who calls me says her name is “Vanessa”. Calls from an unknown number and tells me to call 8882124939. I have never answered the phone but she leaves messages about a lawsuit. She has also called my mother, my aunts work, and my aunts cell trying to get a hold of me. My aunt spoke with her and told her that legal information gets sent through the mail and “Vanessa” got mad and hung up on her. They are very persistent as I have been receiving calls from them for months now!

Same deal.  Wants me to call 888 212-4939 and gave me a case number to reference.  Vague references to pending legal actions including possible lawsuit against me.

I have been recving phone calls from the same place.. Langston bradshaw and associates. Said it was a matter with us bank.. First thing they asked was do i have an attorney.. Im guessing if i would have said no they would have tried to swindle me out of money.. But i said yes.. Then they said they could only deal with him.. I said well fax over the ppwrk since you told me i recvd it 45 days ago.. Also the lady that was calling me said her name was monique brown.. So when i called her back they told me there was no monique brown that worked there.. Then i said well thats odd because she called me 2x.. How did she just disappear.. The girl said well she was probably a processor... Hmmmm okay lady.. Anyway they now have a website up just to scare people even more.. Please peeps dont fall for this scam.. They new my last 4 of my social but thats what really scared me.. They reached out to 2 of my ex boyfriends.. Thank god im friends with them both still.. There now just hanging up on them and threatning them if they call back.  I feel so violated right now.  If it wasnt for people posting this madness i would be a little lost.. So thank you to all of you on here for speaking up.. So thats why im posting this.. Dont be scared .. I was too.. They sound so legit they truly do.. But the girl i got was stumbling all over the place.. And why wouldnt they fax me ppwrk if i already recvd it like they said 45 days ago im a state i lived in 20 yrs ago.. Anyway just wanted to let you know its happening to me too..

This exact thing happend to me as well. They called my parents wanting my information. When I called they wouldn't tell me what it was about or what date it happend. SCAM. BEWARE

Site went up Feb. 5, 2019 and will expire next year. Address on website is a Regus virtual office, company known to harbor criminal outfits like this.

These ppl called my out of state family members today to get a hold of me they had the wrong last name and the wrong birth date which raised my suspicion .Then they sd I had an account with us bank which I closed over 15 years ago and sd they needed payment right away by phone they gave two address I haven't lived at in address in years they then guy sd I owed all these ppl I didn't owe and when I refused to give my info he got irate and threatened to I'm going to get sued and he's going to let the courts know I refused payment and info I was upset because I knew this was impossible plus they had all wrong info

Ex daughter in law. We know this is a
Scam. Very convincing though.

Got few unknown calls from this Langston and Bradshaw office, they are located in a Vista Towers and I was harassed by Donn Smitez, he said he was German but is definitely not. Please beware as they will try to scare you into paying them by threatening to garnish your wages and freeze your bank account and also contact your employer. If they contact your employer that is illegal first off unless you went to court and they won then they can legally contact them to garnish wages, that was the first red flag, second was they filed a civil lawsuit against me and I was being sued which was insane because I had never received documents or been served that was the second red flag. They also stated it was a large office with multiple suits which is also a lie because when you call a lady answers and only ask for your name then transfers you to the donn smitez guy who if it were true about it being a big building with multiple suits wouldn’t she need the office name or number or anything other than your name before transferring you to the same guy, that was the third red flag. It’s obviously a small room or home and they are scamming people. Said they would email documents and I never received anything yet when I offered to resolve the debt he was fully prepared to take a payment without me first reviewing any type of documentation. Beware

We’ve gotten this same phone call. Were you able to determine for sure it is a scam? It sure seems like it is to us but haven’t been able to verify 100% it is
