Calling from what they say is law firm.  Asking to confirm information like DOB and Social....  fishing for info

Keep getting calls that they are going to sue me for 3K when I asked them to re-mail the bill he said good luck dealing with the courts and hung up on me.

Used vague info and didnt even say my name and didn't even give the firms name...scam

Guy said I had a case pending that would freeze my bank accounts and audit all my tax returns. After reading these comments I am sure it is a scam cause company was Trinity Everest.

Calls over and over around 5:00 pm saying he needs personal info from me.

He left a vague message stating this was not a solicitor call and to listen to the message in it's entirety. Said they were seizing my checking accounts and any tax returns if I didn't call them immediately but he didn't identify his name or firms name and didn't say my name.

Caller asking to verify my date of birth. I told them this bill was paid 3yrs ago. Threatening law suit.

For a week now, have been getting daily or twice daily voicemails from a different number saying there is litigation pending which will shut down my bank accounts if I don't call an agent at this 888 number. Not legitimate as I have received no official mail from anyone with any claim. Scam.

The guy keeps hanging up on me saying his name is Alexander but nothing else's

Calling my mother, stating there is a summons and complaint.. no mention of name of business or name of caller. She needs to call "the office who is now handling the file"

Bunch of BS... beware.

Have left many messages saying they are going to file charges and have my bank accounts and social security frozen.
