I think it's a scam. "April" called and said it's regarding a complaint.

Processor dept Gave me this phone number to call if I can’t be home to sign for my papers.  However I don’t know what I owe or if it’s legitimate.they said I was being served today between 11 am and 3 pm. And no one showed up.

Said I was going to be served papers and take my car away for a debt I’ve never heard of and didn’t accrue!

They left me a voicemail saying it's for a complaint and that I was going to be served with papers but no one ever showed up. This needs to be reported to the police.

Called from an unknown number and April left the same message. Dispatching between 11am and 4pm.

same as the other people, husband received this text about the legal department . final notification, blah blah blah. scam for sure

The left a voicemail saying they are going to take property. Its a scam

Someone with the same of Sandra called my sister asking about me, and something about a paper... And it even gave me a case number... I called and a dispatch officer or man picked up said Noone with that name was there. Kinda weird..

This is the fake process server scam. If you were actually going to be served, you wouldn't be called in advance.
