    I received a "private" call that stated to call 888-212-8256 immediately because there is some kind of legal proceedings against me…….

    STATES THAT THEY HAVE LEGAL PAPERS.....IF NO CALL Back will send them out....house is rental  and paper for the address   his name adam smith

    Do NOT!!!! pay them, this company is a total scam, they will threaten legal action on time barred debts, they will not show up, they will not serve you papers, nothing will happen.  Call them back and tell them off.

    Exact same thing.  One time they said their name was Adam Smith from premier legal services , the next time it was Amanda from legal support or something.
