Receive call from Mike Davis stating from Premier Legal Services. Given case # and asked from $9,500. Said a letter was serve at my address. Never recieve anything. When asked for there business name and street address and supervisor name. They became angry. Call back several hours later they knew who was calling after I block my number. Got loud and disrespectful with me and hung up the telephone. Try calling the next day using the name Dan Garrett.

The same. Premier Legal Services harrassing my family

Called them back rufused to tell me what company or their name or any contact information. Told them i would give them my "case number " if they told me their contact information so they hung up on me.

Shaun Williams from this number called was irate and refused to answer any questions.  He said he was calling from Nationwide Ins and left a claim number.  he is a Fraud!!! I called Nationwide and they said this claim is not real and no employee by there name

First of all no legit practice calls from a unknown number. They call my phone multiple times a day and cal my family and place of employement, time to get these crooks out of business. I’ve already contacted the FTC and local law enforcement.

Call from NWL. Calling all my family members all times of day.  Will not give me any information about the case.

Call from Shawn Williams, to call, work and wife's work.   Called back and told them to send any documents directly to us.  They also would not provide their Address, which they are required to do.  The name of the company and person keeps changing however is seems all of the phone numbers go back to Premier legal support.  However, when I call them directly, they have no people with the names of who has been calling working for them.

They keep calling an harassing me, my family, and workplace. They won't tell me what the summons is for an it says if I don't call back or my attorney calls back within the hour, the summons will come to my work. First of all, I looked up this bogus company and the fake number. When the calls shows up its No Caller Id -That's not how this works. They are very rude AND VERY DEMANDING, USING SCARE TACTICTS! I see I'm not the only one that has been having this happen to them. The number is 1-888-212-4228

Same story. Rosenberg and Associates.  They've been to the house several times, but need me to verify the street number?? I did ask them why they are going to so much trouble...if they have papers to serve the county Sheriff and State of SC know exactly where I live.   They'll be happy to deliver to me.
