So what?  Missed calls could be from anyone.
Scammers, telemarketers, debt collectors, pranksters, surveys, notifications, alerts, wrong number, etc. Some use neighbor spoofing so it appears that an incoming call is coming from a local number, or spoof a number from a company or a government agency that you may already know and trust. If you answer, you can find out who it is or what they want. Just be aware some may use scam scripts to try to steal your money or valuable personal information, which can be used in fraudulent activity.

Answered and there was a brief moment of silence, then some light background noise before the call was disconnected by the other end. Unknown caller and phone didn't list it as possible scam.

Marked potential spam, was bored so I answered. Female said "Hello Mr Grove" then call disconnected.

Has called a few times, never leave a message or if I answer the call, I never say a word, and after about 30 seconds the call ends.

the lady said, they are gasline and water coverage material for my house, monthly contract, I said I will sell the house soon, then I hang up the call. They know my name and my home address!

Don't let that bother you.  Our names and addresses are public information and easily found on "paid" websites and for free on lists such as voter registration.
