  someone  called  UNKNOWN left a message that they were going to serve me some papers the following day and if I had any questions to call that 888-218-5096 ... I called them and they claimed to be a Law office and they are not in fact they seem to be a collection agency collecting for a company based in Canada which is VIP LOAN and if you look  them up on the web. you can see this people can not even operate in the USA... because of their business practices ...and they done this three times and of course NEVER SERVED ME ANY PAPERS ....

Called and said it was a courtesy call. They were coming by my residence or place of business today. Have my photo is ready. They did not come. I did not call. Did not state their company Mae. Caller ID came up unknown. Tired of scammers!

An actual Process Server is not going to have any conversation with you about any debt you owe, nor will they demand payment from you. If something like this happens, immediately call local law enforcement and make a full report including as much descriptive information as you can give them of the person impersonating a court officer.
