    Blue Cross Blue Shield mails a form -- and calls -- every six months to make sure you haven't bought additional insurance from somebody else.

    If you miss the call and they don't receive the mailer, your coverage will be cancelled ! ! !

    These people drive me crazy. They want to make sure you're not trying to run some sort of insurance scam. How about you stop trying to scam me out of my coverage?

    They will ask you personal questions; the kind you should not answer when a stranger calls you.

    We have never considered choosing another health insurance provider, but these people are driving us to do so.
