first:  I AM DEAF!  although i have incoming ph line which is used for a computer
hook-up not for voice communication.
all the people i did, or do business, friends and relatives are aware of it.  people
who know me, know this.
when there is an incoming call,  my machine will record the number which i
check...   if i see a number that i do not recognize.....even if it was god himself calling
that is as far as it will get.
what if it was from a collection agency, you say?   well.....aren't they contact you
by mail, AT LEAST ONCE?  than they will be informed of the situation.  but if
they disregard that fact........they can knock themselves out by calling and calling and
calling............
the number (888-231-1240) that called.... i have no idea who they are.... obviously
its from no one i know...this was the first time i got a call from this number.   if they were calling to inform me that i won the lottery.....its my loss.....but  if..............
