These people keep calling and harrassing and treatening about some money owed. It is a lie. These people need to be stopped and thoughly checked out. They call my work and constantly harass me. They have been told to stop calling, but they continue to do so. Please stop these idiots!!!

I agree. I just got a call from someone one wanting to serve me papers. From the company

the people keeps on calling my mom's house back to back, they call my job back to back harrassing me and treatening me that she knows where i live and she can show up at my house for me to pay a bill. and saying that they are going to serve me paper to go to court..please stop calling so much.

I also got a phone call today threatening to serve me papers the name of the person was Lena James or so she said. I am supposed to owe money for bad checks and I don't even write checks and have not since 2006 and my account is paid in full and I have proof. I also tried to call back because I got worried no answer it says capital and you hold on then it says leave a message. I figure if it was that serious they would know how to pronounce my name and have my cell #.

I got a message saying a summons server was in my area and they have my address....is this legit????????

they call and call saying they will serve me. they also called family member saying they will serve and i may go to jail for commiting a fraud

I looked upb the company I supposedly owe money to and they don't even exist! These people are scammers and have already ripped me off...beware!
