The call is a typical scammer's call.  Violating the FDCPA - threatening people with a "pending matter" is illegal.  So, Mike Bush, how long have you worked for these scammers?

This number calls my office on the daily yelling at my co-workers and threatening to take me to jail? I don't understand who this is and I definitely do not want to talk to them??? They say my matter is "pending legal" ?

What they are doing is ILLEGAL!!  Making threats of arrest is a violation of the FDCPA (which should tell you a lot about the caller).   "pending legal matter" - fancy talk for we don't have any proof you actually do owe - scare tactic.

skip tracers looking for someone I did not know.  The most annoying part is they somehow got my work number and called me at work.
