We had received a call from 313-800-0450 (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-888-231-5482/#p1183029849398517671) where Nicole from Center Play Energy gave this number as the callback number.

Busy, busy office here. This caller - Center Pointe Energy - has called here recently before. My supervisor talked to the caller. Now they are calling again, telling us to call them about our energy bill.  This caller needs to keep records of who they have called recently and STOP repeat calling. Very pesty and annoying.

Joe called twice today - to discuss our energy bill the first time, and from Center Point Energy the second time.  Tried to imply to the people answering the phone that there was a problem with our service/bill, etc...  We use Semco.  Scam

Got a message from Tracy Goods claiming to be the local gas provider in Novi, MI and that it was important to return her call and ask for her name specifically.  No mention of reference number or account number was a red flag for me so NOT returning her call for sure.

Very rude called saying they needed to talk to someone regarding our gas bill. Told them they had to speak to A/P but she wasn't in today.  He demanded her name.  Then proceeded to tell me that he had already spoken to someone here but couldn't remember who.  He was very pushy trying to obtain a contact name then asked for mine so he could report me to "my boss".

The call seemed irregular from the beginning, they claimed association with PG&E and wanted to discuss "Gas Core Regulation" where they will be regulating our gas bill to a fix rate. We are a multifamily complex and each gas is metered separately.

Troy called today and asked for the President of the company. When I let him know the President was unavailable and that I would take a message to pass it along. He said that he needed to speak with him regarding our Natural Gas Bill and provided a call back number. When I asked if I could pass a detailed message along, he said well this is about the California Gas Aggregate bill (which I am highly familiar with as a former employee of PG&E) - he said "but you probably wouldn't understand" - Excuse me Troy...you work for a scam telemarketing company, DO NOT assume what I know and don't know! So irritating.

Caller by name of "Aaron Vyas" left message that he was from Center Point Energy and to call back about our natural gas bill.  Based on the above I will not be calling Aaron back.

I got a call at my office. Very rude and a ton of background noise. The lady who I was talking to spoke very fast and I almost couldn't write down the number fast enough!

Received call at my home in Michigan. They wanted to know the name of the person in charge of our gas bill.  I hung up. I have no need to talk about my gas bill with some unknown.  The phone ID said "Not provided"
