They don't answer your question act stupid .it's all pranks just to get your info

Same thing I asked them to served me and they wanted my information. They told me they work for stevens and stevens. A financial corporation. It is a scam!!!!!!

Said there was a claim against me, refused to tell me anything until I verified my date of birth. Says they sent mail 45 days ago...I never received a thing. Company is Stevens & Stevens and the claim is for something I never had not did from 17 years ago! Wanted me to settle for a lower amount over the phone but I refused and said I'd contact Better Business Beauru or an attorney. They said fine then we will move ahead with the civil action and that my bank account, wages, govt che is and property could be garnished to pay the debt. They have my social security #, address and birthday. Unreal!

Called my Grandmother looking for me, claimed it was in regards to a complaint that I had filed. I have never filed a complaint ever.

Said there was a claim had two hours before I was served wanted all my info I said if you have the info to serve me go ahead then I will come to court and answer any questions there but couldn’t give my info over the phone. She hung up

They pretty much said the same thing to me was unsure if this is real or not they call my wife and father but never called me and also said they sent letters but never got a thing and said they were dropping papers off the other night and nothing showed up

Called about being served for a Credit card not paid in 2002 through Provident Bank or Providence Bank one of the two for the amount of $5,216.37.  Never heard of this credit card company before this was 16 years ago nor did I ever use them.  Told me they could lower the balance if paid over the phone if not they will take me to arbitration.

They call me and said it was from Stevens Stevens and I had a debt of $4,500 she said she had all my info and if I pay they was goin to drop the debt to $2,000 at first I was scare and I was goin to give them my card# but first thing they didn’t vez call my number they call my mothers number second they gave me a address from years back and I move out of that city and they didn’t even know that than my sister said this was a scam They call me again because they said I hadn’t 2 hours to fix this claim or there was goin to be a law suit agains me well I told her to email me now all the info of the case I want everything they have so my lawyer will get on the case and see what to do this lady gave me and attitude and said he’s not goin to stop this and I said we'll see she got mad and hangup the phone !!!
