Inbound call to me came from 951-257-0140. Spoke with "Shawn/Sean Charles" stated he was from Global Services Group. Said he was calling about a mediation for a pay day loan from Aug 2012 that I did not pay. Stated that if I did not pay today that they would take it to litigation and my wages would be garnished. He could not provide to me the name of the company that the debt was originally from, just kept saying its a payday loan company and since they sold the account to him he didn't have the information on the original creditor. I asked for the business address: 910 W Van Buren St Chicago IL. Comes up on Google Maps as a UPS store. Super fishy... if you are based out of IL why call with a CA area code? When I told him I would not be paying he asked to speak with my HR department. Stated "Don't worry, we will get it (money) out of you"  I've done a bunch of researching since the call. All kinds of complaints that this is a scam. I would tread very carefully before giving these people any information/money.

Called several time this week and last week.  They continue to call on my office number. It starts off with a recorded message, then if you push O for operator you get to talk to a Mr. Tom Edge.  He stated that I never paid a Payday Loan from May of 2011.  That payments were set up through Wells Fargo Bank and I closed the account and didn't pay so I defrauded them.  He insisted I pay 640 today and he would settle it out of court.  I said I couldn't so he wanted to be transferred to our payroll department to see about setting up garnishment of my payroll.  So I had to transfer him , don't know what will happen.  I thought I had paid off all my bad debt and afraid this is a scam.

These scum bags were trying to get in contact with my mother and they started calling me. BIG mistake. They called under the number 415-329-0383 Corte Madera, CA and left the number 888-389-1695 to call back. I called back from my phone using the 415 number and it connects right to them, the 888 number does too, and they immediately asked for my mother, I ask what this is and they ignore me and ask if I am my mother. I press them to know what company it is and they say "Global Service" it's a Mediation Firm. When I refuse to confirm anything they hang up on me. I called again and another person told me that my mother had 3 cases attached to her name and social security number. They only ever give the last 4 digits of social and they know my mother's full address (scary) they also know who she worked for (double scary). I decided to call back and pretend to be my mother with the number that the man gave me 888-240-0050 which also connects to them. They forcefully want you to confirm that the last 4 of your social is yours and if you don't confirm it with them they get really angry. I argued that I would not confirm anything and that they had to tell me exactly WHAT it is about. Which they refuse stating they HAVE to make sure they have the right person for "privacy and protection laws" which is complete BULL. When you call them out on their bull they get really angry and eventually hang up on you. They like to use threats stating "sheriff of the law" is coming to serve papers to you or arrest you, blah blah blah. It was fun to mess with these guys.

These [***] called me and lied about me using a bank account that I did not have during that time frame.  I then I checked out this site to learn they are a fraud.  Now I am pissed and ready to go to war.  There is no way to sue this company.  clear;ly the guy gave me a fake name too.

I filed a compliant with the Attorney general's office in Ohio. This company will not work with or tell my representative from office anything. All they will tell her is the man's name is Ton Hetch his name is 888-240-0050 ext 425. They address she was give the mail was returned. The address given was 910 W Van Buren St Chicago IL I never had a pay day loan.
