Supposed "customer support" for SCS Services.

is this place for real or is it a scam?  Have any news?

I had purchased software to process medical billing online for doctors provided by this SCS service.  I only ever get a person anmed Molly who is a real picec of work!!  I joined in June and have not been able to work as of yet because every batch of three doctors which totals 4 batches has been weither returned to me or has retired or one even had a car accident and passed on.  I invested money in this and I do get email responses and return phone calls, so I can't really say if it is a scam or I am having a bad run of luck  I did find them on the Better Business Bureau and Molly is the only contact person and believe me, there is no getting around her.  I will keep you updated.
