I got this call two days in a row. Who is this.

I received a call from this number initially as "unknown" and the person left a voicemail containing a contact number.  In the voice mail the caller expressed the seriousness of this matter.  Whatever that is...  I called the number back after my sister sent me a text informing me that someone had called her house, inquiring about me.  I became very upset.  I then called this number and some man answered immediately speaking very rapidly.  I asked who this was and he began to ask me questions, never stating what his business was.  I asked about the call to my sister and myself, and he declined that it was him.  He was speaking very rapidly and mentioned the name of some law firm that he was associated with.  I ask for the address of this business, and he declined and asked my, "why?".  I replied of what my intentions were.  I ended up hanging up after he became beligrent and loud.  About a hour later, I received a call from my elderly Mother, and she was concerned, but I told her not to be, and it more than likely was a scammer.

I received the same call from this number using scare tactics and were very rude! They threaten to send me to court just because I addressed their unprofessional behavior during the course of the call. They claim they were with Wright & Associates  but failed to provide information needed to follow up in their claim.

They called and said I would be served papers at my home and work place between Noon and 5 pm to have ID in hand but wont say what company they are serving me for  also Said I Have been Served

Left messages with family member, no idea how they got their number. I callef them back and this guy got upset when I asked for address of this supposed Law Firm, he started getting rude and loud, threatened to locate me within a few days...I just hung up.

I keep getting messages from this blocked or unknown messages, they also call my family members and leave detailed messages as well, which is illegal. They said I am in being sued in a civil suit and will be served at home or work today, to have my ID ready.  He says he is Matthew with Courier Services and to call 888-240-0292.

They called me 3 days in a r W and said I am being served between 12-5 either at my home or work place and to have my Id on hand to be served!! Has anyone actually been served?? I contacted my lawyer and gave him the information the man had left

I asked for an address as well to mail them correspondence and they refused to provide it. They did have information about a valid debt, however when I called the company to whom I owed the money to, they had no idea of this firm. SCAM ALERT!!!!!

They called me yesterday and left a voicemail this morning. When I called and asked for their address, they said they don't have a physical address and that she could forward me to a manager for the PO Box number.

I received this call yesterday, and today.  The guy was rude would not give me any information said the sheriff would be arresting me I laughed which made him even more abusive.  I gave him my lawyers number, and advised him to call her to discuss the matter with her.  To anyone out there dealing with these scum. This is a complete scam they try to scare you into paying for something that is not valid.

I got a call at work, her name was Lynette  she said  I owed this money but when I asked for something in writing ( a bill) she said I don't know why you need something in writing when I just told you that you have this debt and its on my desk and will only be able to keep in until Tuesday ( lies)

Right, because you're supposed to take the word of some random caller that you owe a bill. SMH. Scammers are so stupid.

No one has been served because real process servers don't call in advance. This is a scam. Just block and ignore their calls.

Just received a call at work.  He said that he was a processor and that there were 2 claims against me.  He wanted to just give me the number of the firm handling it.  I told him he could but I wasn't going to call them.  If they had something for me that they could send it through the u s mail.  He then said he would schedule to serve me papers this friday between 12 and 5.  Told him to do it where I worked because that is where I will be at that time.  Can't wait.  He will probably will be like all the others that I tell to serve me here and never show up.

I got a call but so bizarre they asked for an ex.. Haven't talked to him for years and have only had this cell for 1 year. They were very polite and said "If he calls the # they won't serve him" before I could even respond he said "mam I will take your # off here" WTH?
