This is a Health Care scam targeting the elderly. The caller did, in her polite Hispanic accent, try very hard at pretending to be with Humana North Carolina, but she is not with Humana. She pestered my father and tried many times to get my elderly father to provide all of his personal information. These are the worst kind of predators, those scammers that prey on the gullibility and hope of the good hearted sick elderly community. This is not Humana, this is a phone scam and there's a special place in Tartarus for scammers like this.
