This 800 call actually left a message on my system. It must  be a sales person. They gave me a reference number and told me to look at the supply charges on my current electric bill and they would discuss discounted electric supplier charges. It absolutely has to be a sales person. They gave me another number to return the call, 302-703-0360

I got the same call, same message from the same number.  I say SCAM!!

I got the very same call today.  Sounds like at the least a scam.  The fact that they wanted you to have a copy of your electric bill that they could conceivably get your account number, then they're off to the races at your expense......don't call these people back!  Report them to the FBI !

Same as other people - Mrs. Patterson left message about supply charges on our electric bill.  Gives a reference number and tells you to have your bill handy when you call.  Then gives the number 302-703-0360 to call back.  I didn't call back of course.

Got the same call at 1:24pm. Sounded like crap so I immediately checked here instead of calling back. Figured it was a scam since she didn't say what company she was with. Same callback number listed in other comments too.

Received this same call and call back number an hour ago.  Clearly a scam artist

I got the exact same message from Mrs. Patterson just 10 min ago. Suggest SCAM.

Left partial robocall message from a "Mrs. Patterson" about utility rates.

I say scam also, I got the same message from Mrs. Patterson to call back on 302.703.0363.

I've gotten the same call twice in the last month. Totally NOT calling back!  Was from Mrs Patterson with exact same message.
