Was charged €35.89 on my visa card on 18th Jan/2017   from this number never had a phone call don't know why they could charge this

I listened to a 40 minute long discussion on everyday products available to help prolong aging.  It was only at the very end that any monetary charges were discussed. It was a easily understandable offer to receive books about aging or not.  You either click yes to buy for $37.00 or you cancel out of the discussion.  You get an email confirming either your purchase or your missed opportunity to own these book offerings. If you clicked yes, you get a phone call thanking you for your purchase and participation.  I am not associated with PSV other than being a previous customer and very satisfied with their offering.

It also happened to me. Cancelled my card, issued a new credit card and got credited the $37,00

Received a $37 charge on bank account. Never ordered from here. Never gave them my account info. Reporting this to authorities and my bank. They should be arrested for fraud. Unable to reach by phone. They stole from me and now they are wasting my time.

I paid for one of their medical information books years ago. The large envelope was first delivered empty to my P.O. Box. So I called to have one delivered. About a month later it was finally delivered. This year I haven't ordered anything from PSV Health Science Institute and they charged my debit card $37.00. My bank account was charged to PSV Health Sciences IN 888-2406317 MD.

More than likely you didn't read that "Agreement" and got yourself signed up for an annual subscription/membership. Might want to read this:
