Called private and left a very unprofessional voice mail saying her name was jordan scott from staff and associates and how she BELIEVES she called last week and left message and that i didn't respond. They didnt call last week. Then goes on to say that i am being sued and if i dont call back by today or early tomorrow morning they will go on with there 2 civil claims...somebody will be at my place of residence or job to serve me (im currently unemployed ) and that two of my other family members will be served she's not sure who. the whole time during the message she's saying um and uhhh. Then leaves her number which is the 888-240-7802 and a claim number. I called back and they answered with a hello instead of saying thank you for calling such and such company. the same person who left the message answers the phone but this time her name is ashley tucker and she stumbles over that. so i say this sounds fishy and hang up

same threatening there is a claim against me and will be served and THAT i AM BEING SUED AND WILL GO TO COURT we will go to court.

well this women keeps calling my work saying she is going to come by in an hour and serve me that there is a claim against me. First time she called she said her name was Jordan Scott, this time she called and said Jordan Godfrey and that she was from legal one. They can threaten all they want, it is such a scam. I know the law and I know the only person that can serve me is the sheriffs department. Most times there is a summons as certified mail. Gee they need to get their crap straight before they try to scare or threaten someone. We will see if she actually shows up.

Well as I predicted she didn't show up!!! These scammers need to learn some of us aren't stupid.

I have received 2 messages on 2 different days from the phone number 888-240-7802.  The messages from a lady that mentions no company whatsoever but says her name is Jordan Godfrey and leaves a 6 digit claim number.  She keeps mentioning a scheduled service day that is 3 days from now and claims she is going to come visit me at my home and place of employment to complete some kind of service of notice of intent.  She also claims to have my name & full Social Security Number.  What is even scarier is that she seems to have my mother's name and a good friend's name and says that she is suing all 3 of us.  She also called my mother's residence saying that she is suing both of us and threatened to show up at my mother's home and her place of employment as well, even though she has long been retired from employment.

She starts to talk real fast when she seems to talk about things she doesn't know about or things that she wants to sound “official”, especially when talking about her service of notice of intent to sue.  When she called the 2nd time, she threatened that if she did not hear back from me today that to please look forward to her visit at my place of employment.  I'm going to call her back in the morning using my Google phone number and ask her what kind of doughnuts that she prefers that I pick up for our meeting.  I do not even believe she is coming and if I thought she was, I would probably call a good girl friend and ask her to take Ms. Jordan out to the alley to talk to her for me.

This is a complete scam and they are trying to scare people into giving them money and their credit card numbers and unfortunately they are getting rich off of people that are afraid of losing their jobs, their children losing their jobs or of physical harm being done to their children.  Don't give them your credit card numbers or let them scare you.  They are the worst kind of lowlife out there and are the serial scammers that are going to cause all kinds of trouble for all of us in the future.  All you can do is prepare yourself with knowledge.  Hope this somehow helps someone else from being threatened or losing money.  Derek

I got the same message and it scared the crap out of me because I don't want them calling my work and have me get fired. I didn't do anything wrong. Is there anything i can do to have them stop calling my phone or work place? I don't know why they would even do this or call my parents they didn't do anything either...any suggestions?? Thanks guys!

thats funny you say that because i actually got served from them so its not a scam

they will come when you least except i got fired from my job and he trouble for check fraud and it realy was an honest mistake

What did they serve you with and what did it say?? They are harassing my parents and kids mothers and I've never gave them any of there information. I feel there doing stuff illegal to me. That's not fair I didn't do anything wrong and there making it seem like I'm a criminal..
