    They call to see how you like their services, offer you a phone upgrade, plan changes and of course wanting to extend your contract by another 3 years.

    Be careful. I've heard that some phone contracts auto-renew for X years when the service is changed in any way (phone upgrade, plan change, whatever) but don't know if Rogers practices this particular scam.

    Just got the call.....is a Rogers "Thank you for being such a good customer" call.  Didn't answer, no message and hung up after I called from my work line.
