This is a SCAM, attempting to "cram" you into a new and far more expensive service.

Said her name was Brittney Minick from AT&T.  Wanted to go over our services with us.

A SCAM.  Caller represents themselves as being with ATT. NOT!

Wants to update your service. Liars! They area scammers and thieves.
Watch out -you phone service will be stolen from you if you say anything to these
thieves.

Caller, Eric Edwards, stated he was FROM AT&T (not calling "on behalf of AT&T") and that they were doing their review to see how we could save money.

I had this call today.  Said he was calling on behalf of AT&T.  I asked him if he was indeed calling from AT&T and he said no, just on behalf of them.  I asked him what was the purpose of the call.  He said to go over the AT&T bill to see about how they were overcharging me.  I said that if I had any concerns over my AT&T bill that I would contact AT&T myself.  He thanked me and then hung up.

God, what is the world turned into???!!!!

NOT ATT, ask them how much was my last bill , and see if they can answer
If they say they don't have that info, or their system is down tell them call me back when you the info

unprofessional guy called. asked to speak with our account manager. didn't seem legit, which was confirmed by my boss.

I agree! AT&T does NOT call people soliciting services, even if you already have AT&T. That is what mail is for.  Just to mess with them, I pressed "answer" to take the call but didn't say a word. I could hear a few people laughing in the background (my first clue its a telemarketing center) and a woman said "Um..hello?" After a few seconds, she hung up. LMAO!! Not much bugs them more than hearing NOTHING when the call is picked up. HAHA Jokes on you Scammers! LOL

The phone rang.  I answered.  They hung up.  Makes me wonder WTF.
