Received message from Patricia Johnson, and according to other sites a Mr. Graham may also leave you a message.  They apparently represent a bill collection agency and are possibly trying to solicit business but reputation is negative according to posts on other sites.  My recommendation: Don't call back.

Messages left are made to sound like they're a legal group and that you need to call back for something important.  Don't be fooled

I had the same experience. Call back and no answer. Am glad to see these messages. Must be a scam, or something I don't need to get involved with.

Patricia Johnson called us too..rude lady, thought she would use "leagal Department" as a scare tatic to get owner on the phone quicker. Something ain't right....for all we know Roberts & Roth could be her two cats. Not buying it!

The same woman has been consistently calling me on a weekly basis, always from a blocked phone number, for the past few months. I have never answered the call. The first time she called, she left a voicemail, claiming to be "Patricia Johnson from the legal department of Roberts and Roth." In every subsequent voicemail, she has instead gone by "Patricia Ward." For many of the missed calls I receive from this woman, no voicemail is left for me.

Until today, none of the voicemails have ever said what the call is concerning. In the voicemail today, she said the call was concerning "recovery work at the learning center." She usually asks me to call her back at the following phone number, 888-242-6002.

Internet research reveals many complaints about "Patricia Johnson / Ward" and "Tom Graham" from "Roberts and Roth." Apparently, it is some sort of telemarketing scam or collection agency, identified by the following two phone numbers: 888-241-0852 and 888-240-1465.

Since my phone number is listed with the National Do Not Call Registry, I submitted a complaint at www.donotcall.gov. I also submitted a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) atwww.ftccomplaintassistant.gov, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at www.ic3.gov. Additionally, I posted my complaint on the Ripoff Report at www.ripoffreport.com and www.WhoCallsMe.com.

Okay one minute your saying she never leaves V/M then the next statement she does leave VM which is it?  If it's any help I'm a client of there's and Patricia YES got married.  I like them they have done nothing but good work for me.  And they do have attornies on staff.  I understand no body likes collectors, but could we just state fact instead inbelished stories on the internet.  O one more thing for thoose who are the dont call list,  if you post a number in the yellowpages, you are extempt from this rule.  Might want to check that out.

Just as I thought you can't back any thing you state.  You just want ever one to kiss your rear end and if they dont this is the best you have.  Grow up!  Back your facts or shut the **** up!  People like you are the reason cyber slander should be a crime.

Beside I'm not the one hiding behind a name of anonymous!  Your the scam, put real facts use your real name.  Or do have something to hind!
