It is the phone number specifically for help and information for those with a Costco American Express Credit card.

Costco AmEx called to remind us we have not used our cash rebate yet and it will expire in two months. They left a message. Now I have to remember where I put it and go cash it. Kind of nice of them to call and they actually left a message!

It was American Express with an automated reminder to use the cash rebate rewards check b/c it will expire soon. It was nice of them to provide the statement date that the check came with and also the date the check would expire.

Caller ID showed "UNAVAILABLE"

Huuummmm . . . I do not have an American Express card nor CostCo card.  SOOOOOO why are they calling my numner!!!

You called Larry T Turner my son. My bill was not paid because I didn't  receive a bill. Number  1 you should've  called me. I am the major card holder I shouldn't have to  call you. I had already used the rebate coupon last month but received the call anyway.  Nice of them to call with a reminder -- wouldn't want to throw away good money these days.

Seriously? You just gave a whole lot of people your name and address! Also that of your son. Eveer heard of credit card fraud?  You just gave a crook a LOT of data to get a credit card in your name.

Didn't pick up. Message from AMEX/Costco. Reminder to redeem rebate before the end of August. Why isn't the caller identified on my Caller I.D.? Just the phone number. Annoying.

Left message about rewards coupon.  Said it had not been used as of May 3rd or 4th, so not very updated info.  I used mine on May 9th.

You know that this is just a forum right? You know that Amex is not here? Telling everyone here is like standing on the street corner and yelling your business at the people passing by.
