The name of the company that is harassing me is Grant Secrets Revealed. Their phone number is through a long distance carrier based in Valencia California by the name of "T Cast Communications." Grant Secrets Revealed calls my cell phone 4 to 5 times a day, these calls just started last week. What this company does is known as War Dialing. Most of the calls are made to my cell while I'm at work. Since I don't answer my phone at work it's not a problem. As a reformed telemarketer, I'm very aware of the laws that govern this "profession" and this company is skating on thin ice. This company also has a web site grantsecretsrevealed.com. Maybe everyone should send them emails expressing their displeasure at being called numerous times a day.

Called me and asked me to give them my credit card number so they could deduct a payment for shipping documents thru which I could apply for government grants, and she would not take no for an answer.

Returned call and answerd as Federal grants, they said the i gave my information online for free federal grant money wong

They are a fraud company trying to get names, social security numbers, and addresses!!!

I just called them back AFTER THEY CALLED ME, there was a lady answering, it was @ noon, I let her know I has been receiving several phone calls ON MY CELL! last 3 days, (people with indian palestine accent) and I toll her I don't want to be called anymore from her company. She apologized and understood my request.

I have been receiving about 5-8 calls a day for a couple weeks offering me free money (grant) for anything I need saying the government has billions of dollars out there (where is out there) to give away to people who need  financial assistance as a grant and it doesn't have to be paid back.  They, a guy name Alex, asking for my bank card.  Last week it was a woman and a different number, but the same story.   Both ask for bank card number for shipping and handling.  One was 2.89 and another is 4.75.  I told them the first time three weeks ago I didn't give out my bank card number on the phone.  This time I told them I don't have a bank card.  They said week before last I could go buy a Wal-Mart gift card.  They won't sell anything less than 5.00.  This time I went to Ace Express and he gave me this phone number 800notes.com and fbi.gov. and found the number.  He said it was probably a scam.

Calls my cell phone 2-3 times a day. Does not leave a message on VM. After reading some of the other complaints, I won't be calling it back, since they will know it's a good number.

Please, people, don't fall for these scams!

They have called my cell phone several times, which is a pay-as-you-go phone. I am charged 1.10 for each call if I happen to accidentally hit the answer button when I grab the phone (It's a cheap piece of junk). I called them from my home phone and informed a person named "Ashley" (ya, right) that I was taking all of their information down and that I am on the FTC no call list. I also stated that the next time they called I would be filing a complaint with the FTC and I gave her both my cell number and home number. She seemed polite enough, but she had a strong foreign accent which was very hard to understand. So far so good... they have stopped calling.

And yes, for what it's worth it is a scam. Once they have your credit or debit card number, they begin emptying your account for superfluous charges. This particular scam has been going on for several months now. Either don't answer or threaten them with government intervention. The latter has stopped all other unwanted calls to my cell phone in the past. The last thing these people want is the Federal Trade Commission crapping down their necks.
FYI... go to http://ftc.gov/ and click on the "Do Not Call Registry" link if you haven't done so yet. Put all of your phone numbers into the registry. This is also the place you file a complaint when you ask telemarketers to stop calling and they refuse (after you have put your number on the list). Good luck to all!

I got a call from this number. It rang twice and while I was sliding my phone open to answer it disconnected.
When I called it back I hear "Your call is very important to us. Stay on the line and you'll be transferred to the next available agent" and then it goes to the music. Very strange that they wouldn't identify themselves first. Most companies do. Like saying "Thank you for calling WhatsitsFace Inc. Your call is important..." etc. but for some reason these people don't. I don't trust anyone that doesn't want to identify themselves when calling me.
After hearing the music for about 30 seconds it repeats the "Your call is important" message, followed by 30 seconds more of music.
Then you hear a beep and it said "Goodbye" and disconnects.

yeah i am sick of them calling .. my husband is too. he called them and yelled at them he got hung up on a few times.. i told my husband we will go in the morning to the police and file harassment charges on them. they call at me more then once at almost 9pm i am so sick of it
