Said they were a company called U.F.C.

Recieved a call from a person claiming to be an "Investigator" for "District Court".  I needed to contact them about a "Pre-Trial Investigation" where someone was using my personal information to commit a "felony fraud" (18 USC section 43 and 44) After talking with the person he admitted that he was not any part of law enforcement (misrepresentation is a felony-5 years if convicted).  He admitted that he was working for United Finance Commerce Litigation Group (a collection agency) which was hired by Bank of America.  These people are dumb and think we are sheep.

I get calls from several different numbers usually associated with Bank of America scammers. How can I get them to stop? 8882469844 was the last number to call.
