    I got a call from this number.....

    A woman by the name of Stacy Green from USC 888-249-4452 x206 called my boyfriend..stating there is a warrant for my arrest and summons for court.  First of all, how did they get my boyfriends name and cell phone?  I called her back and she stated it is regarding a GreenCorp Payday Loan and for her to drop the legal/court papers I would need to give her $400 today instead of the $1100 owed.  I never received anything in writing…mail or email and she stated she could not email me paperwork but would send something.  If I didn’t pay they would serve me at my job.  I still haven’t received any emails from her….and I am thinking this is a scam.  What do I do???

    This company has continuously called my cell, work phone and an old friends harrassing and threatening arrest if I don't give them money now. I've now been lectured by work and told off by friends as they are frustrated. They refuse to give me details or anything in writing about the debt

    I received a call from UFC about my loan with GreenCorp , that I did get in the past when I lost my job,The gentlemen that called was straight to the point on my situation I felt ashamed for not repaying my loan,but they gave me a opportunity to repay and waved some of the interest.I found their business practice was compliant to the government standards when I inquired on the company I also requested and received  a email before I payed. I'm on my way to restoring my credit and that is important to me.

    I got a call from this number too. And I thought it was a scam.  I am still not sure how I could be taken to court for this but, they said it could be civil matter and notification would be given to me mail or in person. I think she said a  a summons of process or something. But not jail or anything.  
    Anyway I did take out a loan about a year ago and my account got closed, after I was laid off from work.  My husband told me to call Greencorp and they referred me to UFC because they were handling my account.  I spoke to a Ms, Green and she helped me alot she took off a lot of the interest payments and late fees for me. She sent me a paid in full letter so if i get any other calls i can show proof this is finally paid off Thank GOD!
