Collect Call Dont pick up

when they called me and I returned the call they said it was from FIA Card services representing a bank I have a credit card with (they named the bank correctly).  They said they needed to discuss getting a payment from me for a past due balance.  When I started questioning them they put me on hold and I was disconnected.  I immediately called the bank and they told me that I was completely paid up w/no new payment due for 10 days...
They were phishing...

Repetitive calls "daily" every 15-30 minutes with a voice message stating that "a representative will be right with you".
