We got a fax titled: FORGET THE BANK from (SpanDSP)
and of course they tell you that you will get whatever you want and no credit check or hiden cost etc.....
all you have to do is to fill the form and fax to the no:

and in the bottom of the fax they ask : For gauranteed Opt-Out of future opportunities please call toll free 1-855-546-2927

Totally ambiguous... and i think it is differnt type of scammiig....
this time they want you to contact them...

I think these guys operate out of Cheyenne, WY. Still checking.
But they are skirting the laws of every state and have no remorse.

Spam fax for scam business loans -- "Forget The Bank" garbage

"Forget the Bank"  business loan offer.  Most recently they have faxed on Sept. 11, Oct. 3, and Oct. 25.  The "Guaranteed Opt-Out" number is useless.  I have faxed the form to the number for "Free Instant Review!"  with REMOVE this number written on it.  Number on the caller ID is 167072901, not enough digits.  I have reported them to the FCC.
And yet, they continue to waste my paper.  It is infuriating!

"Forget the bank" - 888-266-9185 was the number to fax the form back for a "free instant review". 855-546-2826 is the number to call to remove your number from their list. It doesn't. They use SpanDSP Fax service so there's no ID on the sender.

They answer the phone, hello this is Microsoft (well anyone with half a brain knows you don't get a live person) until you press 1 for this 2 for that, etc.......Foreign person answered phone.
