They claim to lower you credit card % but ask you very personaly questions, ie. Date of birth, adress, card #!!!!

called RBC, CIBC SCOTIABANK AND TD they dont know about this company and they also said don't give card info but have never heard of this company

I had a got a call from this number a month ago telling me that now i'm eligible to get reduced rates on my existing credit cards i was excited and happy :-) and got my paper work last week and now satisfied that its all true hopefully i will get lower rates

I got a call today from QCS regarding lowering my interest rates on my Visa/Mastercard but wanted me to give them my card numbers.  I refused and so they said I wouldn't get the rate if I didn't.
I would think after asking personal questions, that I confirmed I was the card owner.
I asked that they just send the paperwork and I will fill it out and send it back but with all the credit card fraud, I wouldn't give them the numbers. Besides, they should know the #s if they actually work for or represent these companies.
Mark said that they couldn't send the paperwork if they don't have the #s.
I would love to have a reduced % rate but won't take the chance since a close friend of mine just found out she's the victim of ID theft!
