they called me blocked today and asked me to call them back at this number.  i called and they told me that they are taking me to court, that i own money and i need to pay or else they will send me to court, then he started insulting me calling me names and other things. I told him i wanted to talk to his manager or supervisor and he called me stupid and said, you really think i have a F$#@ Supervisor!!!!  Then hanged up.

These are extortion scammers looking to make a quick buck. Don't engage them. Just hang up and block the number (if you have that capability).
