I received a call that came up restricted on my cell phone. The person leaving the message identified herself as Victoria, left this phone number and extension at 203. She made it seem as if there was an issue with some account of mine. When I called back from a different line they would not identify themselves and would not grant any information unless I gave them my full name and phone number to access this "phantom" account of mine. The caller was bold enough to state that if I was not willing to disclose my information in order to access my account that it would be a problem with the "courts" that I would have to deal with. all the while undoubtedly a small child was screaming in the background.
