Great. If only they had called on the 11th when the order was ready when I had the car.  Calling me on the 18th from a non-local number with UNAVAILABLE  in caller ID and not leaving a voice mail message is useless.  The local TCS refuses to call me when my order is prepared even after I've given them 6 years of written instruction w/every order Please Call , this is how to leave a message: (1) dial my number (2) when you get the recording, hit the # button (3) leave your message.  They said it's too complicated and that they'd "prefer" to text.  Except I  don't have a cell phone and I'm not staring at my PC 24/7,
