it is a company called first choice ,,,relating to health insurance services,,,, kind of like a second coverage that u can buy to back up medicare which is a primary insurance ,,,,,

First Choice is one of two Medicaid providers in South Carolina. It would be much easier if they would identify themselves as more than just "your health provider" or whatever it said. We have three people in our family and are all on different insurance.

Weird garbled message every other word was gibberish. From other posting this is not my provider so God only knows what was going on

I got a call from them a few minutes ago and they said we are your health care provider. I asked a question and they hung up. Called back and after asking two questions they hung up again and did not call back. With the previous comments, I do not need their stuff.

You are so right! I noticed the date of your post and they are still doing the same thing 2 years later. We just got First Choice About 2 months ago so I had no clue it was them. Our Primary is United HC and the ALWAYS say who the are. So when their automated system said “your healthcare provider” I assumed it was a robocall and hung up. Luckily I googled the number and at least now I know. Side note it came up as scam likely on my phone. Sometimes I answer just for fun. Now I’m starting to wonder how many legit callers I’ve ignored or blocked :/
