Was trying to activate my Reliacard, but dialed a the wrong number.  Instead it sent me to this CMS Marketing company who said I had won a $100 Wal Mart gift card, a $2000 savings book, and a $25 gift certificate of some sort.  I thought I was dialing an unemployment number so at first I thought maybe there was some sort of nice deal, but then they said I had to pay for the $3.95 shipping to get these things.  I could only pay by Visa or Mastercard.  I wasn't really comfortable giving her my card info, although I did give her my name and address.  The lady told me her name was nancy gonzalez and gave me her id number: 1121.  Then she said I had dialed this number I think: 8133039267.  When I refused to give her my card information she just hung up.  Seems like a scam.

in a hurry i too was trying to activate my reliacard and did the same, dialed 888 instead of 866.  I too was asked for my card information and was told I had won a $100 WalMart gift card for a $4.95 handling fee. I gave them my card # and then he asked for all other information and then I questioned who he was working for he hung up on me. Beware of this because I hit redial and he knew it was me calling back and ran that he knew I was activating my card and I didn't even tell him that, so then I asked him Again who he was working for and I could hear him say something to someone and he hung up on me again. So within a few minutes of of this I actually realized I had dialed the number wrong I called the right number, Cancelled my card and filed a fraud alert with card member services. Pretty sure this is a scam!!
