This number, 888-276-6860 is ARDA, American Resort Development Association. We do NOT have a timeshare and we don't want one. Reporting on the Do Not Call registry. Not that it will do any good!

my phone registered the incoming number - 805-297-1281.  person identified himself as "Courtney in Houston Texas", said he was working with a group of attorney's calling people wanting to get out of contracts.  I told him not interested - questioned him - where was he situated and do the attorney's he's representing believe in the laws of the Federal Government.  He said he could not speak for them.  I stated i'd like a telephone number to call - he gave this one in question - 888-276-6860.  I advised him this number he called is on the National "Do Not Call" list and i'll be reporting to that agency.
He said he would delete my number from his list.

Taylor called about my mother's timeshare--said she worked for EZ Exit, a company to help people get out of their timeshare contracts.  Only two problems--my mother has been dead for a year, and she never, ever had a timeshare.  Taylor "wasn't able" to tell us where this timeshare is, just that my mother had one.  Sounds like a sure scam to me.

The American Resort Developers Association said if we want help out of our timeshare to call EZ Exit Now. That is the number I called to get out of my timeshare, which is Ez Exit Now. I did get out of my timeshare.

My timeshare company told me they don't let people out of their timeshares but that I should call this company. I did and spoke with Taylor back in February. I told them I wasn't ready yet and to call me back. They did several months later. Maybe you called them in the past. I know they work with timeshare companies directly. I've also been told not to use other exit companies by my own resort. I did get out of my timeshare last month.
