received junk fax from Learn Books Quick.com  about teaching our offices about quickbooks.  However we fell for this back in 2013 with an identical junkfax but they were called Business Book Keeping.net at 888-975-1370,

the scam they run is that they take your credit card information and make you think you are going to a classroom to learn Quickbooks.  Once you show up to the class usually held at a local hotel, no one will be there and when u check with the Hotel staff, they got taken also on room deposit.  We called Quickbooks (Intuit) about getting our money back but to no avail.  They don't do this kind of training thru unregulated 3rd party clients.

confirming the previous poster statements, we attended a seminar in the Columbus area last year.  Boy what a disaster that was.  In our case, a presenter did show up to collect names and issue badges and material (3 pages of material).  When the time came, no one started the meeting, and the person who handed out the material was gone.  Imagine a room full of people thinking we were going to learn something but no instructor.   The Hotel event manager helped with information.  The fake company only gave a $ 100 deposit to reserve the room with balance due at conclusion of the event.  I guess about 35 people who paid $ 449 for a two day seminar put enough money in their pockets.

like others have posted, our dental office got this fax from Quickbooks.   Not sure how they got our fax number.
gave a removal email address of optout@learnbooksquick.com   which is not valid.
