calls 8-10 times a day. I have demanded that they not call and or take me off their list, but they continue to do so.

I received no call, but was charged $49.50 on my charge card relating to this phone number. I have another charge for $2.95, relating to this number which I am not disputing.

I don't remember receiving a call, but have a charge to this number on my credit card bill.  How does stuff like this happen?  Does anyone know?

Sounds like what has been happening to my feunce.  They started calling her cell phone 4-6 times a night.  We were in bed when they would call, so we never got to the phone, and when we would call back there would be nothing but dead air on the line.  The number that came up on her caller ID was 201-621-5695.  We finally got the the phone tonight, and when I demanded information about the campany so I could check them out I was finally given the followinig:

I could hardly understaind the woman on the phone, and had to ask her to repete her self several times.  Sounded like she had a furin accsent.  She didn't sound happy that I was asking qestions.  There have been no calls since our conversation erlyer tonight.

Yes, I have also received a phone call from this number which keeps telling me that there is money for me and my husband, and that's all we need to do is pay 2.95 for shipping and handling but I'm really scared to give out personal info about my checking account he said I would receive info in the mail to fill out. And I would have to write an essay stating what we would be using the money for and to see if we qualify. They want my debit card numbers. Could someone please help me into what to do in this situation? Thank you

All of these complaints about Grant Instructor really gives me a "warm and fuzzy".

I don't know which is worse get suckered in by their website or, as in my case, having your card comprimised by an internet vendor and some low life giving it to these #%$@%$.

Looks like I'm in for some interesting challenges.

Call came in from NellyGal like telemarketer. Promised will recieve CD and all other info for obtaining grants. Got the cd, can not find correct website to get the information that it says you can get.

these are all the same place once they get your banking information they bill you each month under a different name for the same nothing you purchased the first billing

Called in response to my searching for education grant. promised large sum would be no problem. kept asking same questions over and over until I questioned why. The $2.95 shipping charge would not go through, had me call bank, bank told me this is a company out of country! Told their rep never to call again, I knew they were out of country, he tried to tell me they were in "New york, uh,no New Jersy" I just hung up then. I just hope I am not going to get charged some exorbanant fee for the call.

This company has you hooked when it says they will get you Government Grant Money if you are married.  You pay for a download of their CD, but what most people do not do is read the fine print.  "By submitting this form I am ordering the Grant Resource Information and trial membership. After the seven day trial I will be charged fifty eight dollars and sixty one cents a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I have read and agree to the PRIVACY POLICY and Terms & Conditions. Cancel any time by calling 1-800-235-1364 or 1-888-276-8105."
PLEASE NOTE THE "FIFTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND SIXTY ONE CENTS A MONTH THEREAFTER" COMMENT IN THE QUOTED PARAGRAPH ABOVE.  So if you have been suckered in thinking you are going to get Grant Money by downloading this CD, then you paid for this SCAM. As the old saying goes,"If it sounds too good to be true, it proabably isn't".  Remember, nothing is FREE!!

One More Thing. Your telephone company will not tell you this, but every time you call a toll free number, the company paying for you to call them is entitle to your BLOCKED PHONE NUMBER.  They will get your phone number if it is unlisted and blocked. Never call toll free numbers (anything that says starts with an '8' (800, 888, etc) because these numbers are being paid by the company putting them out, they are entitled to your phone number and the "Do Not Call" Registry does not apply.

They keep calling me many times a day asking for Michelle Small.  I told them that there wasn't a Michelle, then they told me about the free government grant.  I asked for their number and the company name "Grant Instructor".  I called the number with SkypeOut, but it never got connected.

I was interested in this at first but realized after I had already bought it that it was a scam. I went on line to www.grantresearchguide.com to cancel. That was the website they gave me to look at. I never received an email to confirm purchase. I purchased it for $2.95 but wonder what else they will try to charge on my account. The person I talked to was Claire Remos badge #2166.

They called me, I agreed to the 2.95...BIG MISTAKE, then they explained the 68.13 membership fee afterwards.  I said I didn't want ANYTHING after that, but they still charged me the 2.95.  Real shady, corrupt operation. Dont get suckered in.  I am going to file a complaint with the BBB.  [***].

This company is a total scam they called me 75 times for 4 days. This is an out of country company but they claim they are in New Jersey. Don't give them *@&!. You can't even understand the people who call. Grant Instructor is not registered anywhere as a legit company.....
