Really?  What jurisdiction is this so-called judge in?  I googled her and found nothing.

What does the US Treasury have to do with collecting on payday loans?  I'd like to know.

What, specifically, did the judge give you one week to do -- try to improve on your scamming technique?

    Treasury department ... riiiight LOL.

You better hope you never meet up with the treasury department or any other law enforcement agency -- but not much chance of that in your country is there?

Do you scammers have to fail some kind of intelligence test to get hired to shill this web site? Geez. Your brain is broken, too bad you have to inflict your disease on the rest of us.

That's a pretty good line of BS, for a scamming SHILL anyway. Now go away before we verbally gut you like the rotting fish that you are. God, you frauds are pathetic!
Everyone! Never believe these degenerates! They are nothing but lying scammers.
No one gets arrested for PDLs! EVER! So, no arrest....no bail. Simple as that.
Fraud-boy, consider yourself gutted. Oh, and you were a very easy catch.....F'in' Moron!

It sounds like nothing of the sort.  What it sounds like is calling out an idiot spamming shill, which is also what I'm doing now.

With each spam post from you, you're the one who is putting the clearst negative marks against this number.

This # has contacted me as well. I know it's about payday loans. I'm very uninformed about regulations and appropriate conduct on behalf of the caller, but he's very aggressive and threatening. I just can't afford to make the payments. It's my fault and my responsibility, but if he's lying about what will happen if I don't pay, I would love to know it. Caller says I will have a warrant taken out if I don't pay $600 by tonight. He said i will have to turn myself in or be brought in to jail as I am being charged with fraud due to not paying the amount. I don't want to get out of paying, but i couldn't even pay half that by today. Any advice? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Don't give your account number to these people they will drain every cent you have.  Set up some form of payment  thru money orders or paygram.  Positively don't give them your bank acct number

What??  Have you read the other posts here?  If you did,  do you understand what everyone is saying?  These people are scammers from South Asia. What do you think they can do,  even if you did owe a debt it wouldn't be to some Bollywood boiler room Bum......tell you what I think.  I think you are just boosting the scam a litle bit. Pretending to be the victim, who is really at fault because you admit that you owe a debt.  How can you owe a debt to Indian/pakistani scammers?  Also, your terminology i.e. "contacted me as well" is used by most every Indian/Pakistani SHILL,  instead of the most common "contacted me too" Your post is written to validify the so called collection.
I'm sorry, but I have seen this too many times and I'm not buying your hardship case....

You mad, bro? I wasn't admitting owing the calledr specifically.  I was admitting actually having debt which makes the scenario that much more likely. I s'pose I'll hafta try and be a bit more currful with the words, phrases, and terminology I use. No Pakistani/Indian here. I promise. I just have a job where it looks better if my dictation appears to be written by a 36 year old french homosexual who smokes skinny cigarettes and says things like "Nice Loafers."  I should have been more perceptive of the way our cohorts were conversing..

I will say, though, [***] the Bollywood Boiler Room Bum. That is something you and I can agree on, Geoff.

I hung up on him, then he had another number 832-527-7786 call me and pretend to be the sheriffs department. This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

ABC News released an investigative report on this scam a year ago:
