Nordstrom department store shipping / info

says it's Nordstrom

It is in fact Nordstrom shipping department. I placed an order today, but failed to select 2nd day shipping. Contacted them via chat to get it switched, and they called me back to confirm that it was switched.

I purchased Pitera welcome set and they deducted money from my bank and the following day I received an email they can’t processed my purchase because they are not authorized by credit card . But infact I used debit card not a credit card. I tried to call them but the number is not valid. Please any feed back thank you

I was trying to buy sneakers from them. They would not accept my debit card & no explanation. Then, they would not accept my email address. I looked this number up a few times & it comes up as Bazille,  painter & it also comes up as a eatery with both names of Bazille/Nordstrom. Now, why would a store give you a number not valid?? Also, the first time, I sent them an email using their email address they answered me quickly. After I mention fraud, didn't answer me yet. I also found this name on Linkedin & it was a woman fraudulent. If you suspect fraud about anything, check Linkedin. A lot of fraud & gossip is coming from that social media.  I was on it & I'm taking me post down. I told them I was leaving & my likes are, at least, 3 times as much, with no comments.

You were on the Nordstrom website when you placed the order, correct? Was this phone number on the website to contact for any issues? If not, how did they "give you a number not valid"? And have you contacted your bank to find out if money was taken despite their claim they wouldn't take your debit card?

I’ve no idea how this is still here. Don’t know what it’s for. Think it was a sales person ? I don’t know or remember. Have ignored it as didn’t buy anything that I recall.
