Called asking for last 4 of ssn.  Told him no and asked if anybody was stupid enough to actually give him the numbers, he hung up.

Yeah this same number called my home phone and cell phone yesterday.they've been calling but from different number know they are calling from this number

Calls frequently and leaves message regarding the whereabouts of a "Richard Avian." Says if not contacted back they will file paper with the necessary court. Probably a scam to get me to call back.

Just called me left a message "Calling in regards to a formal complaint tht has been file against one... then my last name , then my first name lol. If you have any information that can lead us to the wherabouts of this person...  yada yada.. seems like a scam to me. if it was a court they wouldnt be calling from a toll free number

Call goes to voicemail same as the others above, "Calling in regards to a formal complaint against one" Danny Williams  (who I don't know).  Repeated caller

Looking for my whereabouts...Called saying a formal complaint is being made and charges will be filed. It sounded pretty false... they didn't reference any particular company for their affiliation.

Please stop with the phone calls. You are harassing people who have nothing to do with me anymore.

This number calls several times a day to my home phone and cell  looking for people who they say a formal complaint against and looking for their whereabouts    How do I stop these calls??

caller called and i answered it was an automated message inquiring on the wherabouts of XXXXX (my full name) to inform a formal complaint has been made against me then included if this message could be forwarded to the name again. then threatened if i dont call back a  criminal charge would be placed against me...i agree it is a scam...if there was a formal complaint i would have been provided a complaint # and i would not have received a automated message upon answering.

Scam!  When I asked them to take me off of their calling list, they hung up the phone on me!

This so called company called CFS Called me and 3 people I know saying they will file criminal charges on me if I don't pay back a loan I never took out. I called them back and it always takes me to "franklin". He just yells at me and then hangs up on me.

This number has been harassing me and calling everyone who has my last name. All my family has been calling that there is someone saying he has a complaint against me.Is there anything we can do to stop these harassing calls?

They called me looking for me saying they were going to take my house if I don't pay something 9 years ago  they can't do nothing after 7 years old besides any one can say there a law group but they can't practice law trying to scare people and they can't take a house the law says so
